Welcome to YourShortsBuddy.org. By using this website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

YourShortsBuddy offers professional video short creation services, including:

• AI-enhanced and human-touched short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
   
• Promotional free trials.
   
• Batch and subscription-based video editing packages.
   
• Optional long-form editing, tech support, and channel optimization services.
   
• Community outreach and nonprofit mission integration through The JJ Rose Foundation and Avion Healthcare Philippines.
   

• Customers may purchase single batches of Shorts or opt into monthly subscription plans for additional savings.
   
• Subscriptions are optional and can be canceled anytime with proper notice (see Section 7).
   
• After any promotional or free trial Shorts are fulfilled, a minimum order of three Shorts is required to continue using our services.
   

• Customers must provide long-form video URLs (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, etc.) to initiate any Shorts creation project.
   
• If customers wish to have their Shorts published directly to their channel(s) by our team, this is considered an additional premium service and is billed separately.
   
• By submitting content, you affirm you have full rights to use and distribute the material and grant YourShortsBuddy permission to create derivative works (Shorts) on your behalf.
   

• Long-form editing and other social media tech services (e.g., channel audits, optimization, branding) are available upon request and quoted separately.
   
• Turnaround time and pricing depend on project complexity and client requirements.
   

• YourShortsBuddy operates with a mission-first model, where 100% of net profits are directed to verified outreach programs.
   
• “Net profits” refer to revenue after deduction of standard costs including:
   
  • Goods and services
     
  • Travel and transportation
     
  • Equipment and supplies
     
  • Admission and permit fees
     
  • Legal, administrative, and processing fees
     
  • Any mandatory out-of-pocket volunteer or mission expenses
     

• As a participating customer, your name and/or channel may be featured in slow-roll credits or dedicated visual frames in future outreach videos.
   
• Unlike others, we avoid fast-scrolling credits that are difficult to read — your contribution will be seen and acknowledged.
   
• Recognition is optional; if you prefer to remain anonymous, you may indicate this in writing at the time of purchase.
   

• We do not offer refunds once Shorts have been delivered or post-production has begun.
   
• Subscription plans can be canceled with 3 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancelation does not refund any already-delivered services.
   
• If you submit a video URL and the link is invalid or not a recognized platform, your order will be paused and you will be contacted to correct the issue.
   

• Shorts created by YourShortsBuddy are owned by you, and you are free to publish or distribute them as you wish.
   
• You may not resell or sublicense our services or assets without written permission.
   
• Misuse of our platform (e.g., hate speech, deceptive videos, or misinformation) will result in account termination and blacklisting from future purchases.
   

• We believe our customers are mission partners — not just buyers.
   
• You may suggest an outreach project in your local community, and if approved, a portion of net proceeds from relevant Shorts packages may be allocated to:
   
  • You directly (as the local lead)
     
  • A trusted individual (e.g., pastor, teacher, coach)
     
  • An organization or faith-based mission of your choosing
